Doula
The role of a doula, is to provide expectant parents with educational, physical, emotional and mental support during pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
Doula’s Responsibilities are to support, inform and guide you through pregnancy and labor as professionally and confidently as she can.
Support during labor has many positive health benefits such as a reduced chance of C-section, reduced stress, less medical interventions and a positive birthing experience.
